If only I didn't agree to hold the broom in the first place...
When I was walking by, there was a janitor sweeping the dust away at the front of the school that I was walking towards. The man looked up, saw me getting closer, and approached me. He asked if I could hold the broom for him for a second, because he needed to go fetch some new garbage bags at the convenient store. I agreed, since he didn't want to leave the broom down.
I waited for a bit, but he never came back. An older looking man came out from the school doors and waved at me. I had no idea who he was, but I waved back anyway, since it isn't polite to ignore a greeting...and here comes the worst part:
He dragged me into his office (which was when I realized that he was the principal) and started to explain all the work that I had to do as the new janitor. I kept on trying to tell him that I was just holding the broom for the real janitor, but he seemed to ignore me every time I said so.
In my opinion, I think he was a little...what's the word..."crazy"? He kept on telling me all these nonsense things about how this school was different, and that "what happens in the school, stays within the school boundaries." Aren't all schools different? I told him that, but he laughed and shook his head. He just asked if I listened to all that he had just said to me. I nodded, and he told me to get started with my job...
...WHY DID I EVEN AGREE TO THIS?!
